You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information held by Snaptic (Pty) Ltd ("Snaptic", "we", "us", or "our"), in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable privacy laws.
Where legally permitted, we will delete your personal data within 30 calendar days of receiving and verifying your request.

Once access is removed, Snaptic will no longer be able to retrieve new data from your account. You may still request deletion of previously stored data using the process above.

Snaptic uses third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, and integrations. While we will make reasonable efforts to request deletion from these providers, some data may be subject to their independent policies.
Snaptic is not responsible for data retained solely by third-party platforms.
We may decline or limit deletion requests where we are legally required to retain data or where deletion would compromise system integrity, security, or legal compliance.
