All software, systems, and content provided by Snaptic remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Snaptic uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and recommendations. These outputs are for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes. Any decisions made based on our outputs are at your own risk.
Snaptic’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months, or R1,000 (whichever is less).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold Snaptic harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your misuse of third-party data.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time without liability if you violate these terms or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to South African courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
